May I remember

I'm not the only one who has found themselves in this Low.

Humans have left all kinds of artifacts from their Low

as a way to help others through theirs.

Art, books, movies, poetry are all helpfulvcrutches to lean on

when one feels they cannot muster the strength to do so.

Today,

I am gratetul

for others who took the time to make something out of their pain.

There may even be a day when I add a helpful artifact to this library of solidarity.
